Boston Common-April 14, 2010:
A large number of progressive activists crashed today's Tea Party rally with their mouthpiece, Sarah Palin, as the featured speaker.
A large crowd of right wing Tea Party conservatives listened to speeches promoting war and bigotry--their PA system was not very loud, so Palin's speech and the conservative talk show hosts could not be heard very well from a distance.
It was shocking how many conservatives could be gathered in one place, and how they were deluded into thinking the Tea Party movement's
an agent of "change".
It's historical to note that when a nation's economy is bad, the mainstream turns to the political right--it happened in the 1930s in Nazi Germany.
The anti-Palin theme for the day was no war, no racism , no bigotry, and free healthcare for all
